LS1 F-Body Turbo System

Here it is for the enthusiast on a budget looking for turbo charged Horse Power for their LS1 F-Body. Kentucky Turbo and Performance’s LS1 F-Body Turbo System. Based around GM 6.0L iron truck manifolds and a Turbonetics TC76mm Turbo. The turbo system will push a stock LS1 engine to 500+HP with supporting modifications and a good tune.

Basic mechanical skills are required and some vehicle modifications are necessary.

Includes the following components:

  • 6.0L Manifolds• Mild Steel 2.5” Inch Charge Pipes with a T4 Flange and Integrated Waste Gate mount and narrow band O2 bungs
  • Mild Steel 3” Inch Down Pipe with a Wide band O2 bung
  • Turbonetics TC76mm Turbo
  • TurboSmart 38mm Ultra Gate Waste Gate
  • TurboSmart Blow Off Valve
  • Large Front Mount Intercooler 31”x12”x4”
  • Stainless steel 3” inch Intercooler Pipes with Integrated BOV mount
  • 4 Ply Silicone Couplings
  • T-Bolt Clamps
  • Install Instructions

You will have to make the following modifications with this kit:

  • Remove A/C components

  • Remove factory fans and install a dual pusher fan setup in front of the radiator

  • Relocate the alternator to the passenger side head

  • Oil feed and drain lines will be needed. Drilling and tapping the oil pan will be required for oil drain line

  • Modification to the front bumper support is needed for Intercooler Mounting

  • All modifications will be covered and options given in the Instruction manual
